The Spirit of Deep Portage

In honor of our 40th anniversary, we are calling for submissions to The Spirit of Deep Portage, a short anthology of creative nonfiction, nature facts and personal illustrations about our conservation reserve.

Each writing submission can be science-based or creative nonfiction, fiction, or poetry of all forms (that of course, relate to Deep Portage Conservation Reserve). Like all forms of submissions, illustrations should be 100% original. They can be done in any medium that can be successfully represented in a book form. These are to be sent either by hard-copy (mail), or in the InDesign format. The public is welcome to submit as many pieces as desired, but only previously unpublished works will be considered for publication.
